Grape Salad
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 ½ pounds green or red (or mixed) grapes
- 6 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 cups chopped walnuts
- Combine sour cream, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla and mix well until smooth consistency. Add grapes and toss gently. Place in a long serving dish or large bowl. Chill
- Just before serving, mix together brown sugar and walnuts and sprinkle over mixture.
